Trainings attended

Over the last 2 weeks of August, I attended 2 trainings - one on Service Excellence for Leaders & the other on Customer Service. They may look similar in title but the contents are TOTALLY different!!!

Not intending to blabber about the trainings, though, but want to share the people I made closer friends with throughout the 2 sessions
